Introduction
Welcome to Manis Cleaning Services. By booking a cleaning service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients who use our services, whether the booking is made online, via phone, SMS, or email.

Scope of Services
Manis Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning, including but not limited to:
- Cleaning Service
- Carpet Steam Cleaning
- Oven & Appliance Cleaning
- Tile & Grout Cleaning
- Garage & Outdoor Area Cleaning
- Optional Add-ons (e.g., Wall Washing, Blind Cleaning)
Services are available in: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart, Canberra, Perth, and Gold Coast.

Booking & Pricing
Quotes provided are based on the information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may change if the actual condition of the property differs significantly from the information provided.
- All quotes are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made in full on the day of service unless prior written agreement is made.
- Bookings can be made via phone, SMS, email, or our website.

Access to Property
The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. Delays due to locked premises or inaccessible areas may incur additional charges or result in rescheduling.
- We may require parking space close to the property. If parking is unavailable, additional fees may apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
- More than 48 hours' notice: No cancellation fee.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation/rescheduling fee of $50 may apply.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full service fee is chargeable.

Client Responsibilities
- All utilities (water and electricity) must be connected on the day of the clean.
- Property must be empty of personal belongings unless otherwise agreed.
- Fridge and freezer must be defrosted at least 24 hours prior.
- Pets must be secured or removed during service.

Exclusions
- We do not remove hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, blood, mould over 1 sqm, or animal waste).
- Wall washing covers light marks only—extensive marks or stains may not be removable.
- We do not dismantle appliances or fixtures.

Liability & Insurance
While our team takes utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, or damage caused by wear and tear.
- We hold Public Liability Insurance. In case of valid claims, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Payment Terms
- Payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, Cash.
- Payment is due on the same day as service completion.
- Late payments may incur a $30 administration fee.

Complaints & Feedback
- Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service.
- Please provide images and details to assist our review.

Changes to Terms
Manis Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and any disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian consumer laws.
